My name is Erica Forte, a licensed mental health counselor, mom to two rambunctious little boys, dog mom to two lovable pups, a wife, daughter, sister, military family member, and a family member to a person in recovery.
As a mental health counselor, I approach therapy from a judgement free, unbiased lens; however, I feel it is important that you also know the person behind the counselor.
